We’re having another VendorMan’s sale starting November 20th and ending November 22nd! All kinds of Rockman merchandise will be available at close-out prices!
BreakMan, my co-host at eyelazorbeams.com and I are working on liquidating the remainder of our spares and inventory we’ve accumulated in the 5+ years we’ve been collecting Rockman merchandise, so expect the largest variety of merchandise we’ve had available yet. This one’s probably going to be the last big sale we have. As for FlashManEXE.com, I currently have plans to relaunch it starting in January 2010; after the holiday season has ended.
If you’re interested in participating in VendorMan’s and you’ve never participated in the event before, let me explain how the system works.
Unlike JudgeMan’s MSN Auctions which is an MSN-based series of auctions, VendorMan’s is an online forum that opens up for just a couple of days– think of it as a virtual Black Friday sale at one of your local stores. VendorMan’s stays locked and hidden until launch so the buyers have no idea of what the items will be that are available. Once the forum opens, participants are able to freely browse the items for sale and start filling out an order form of what they wish to buy, which they then post as a reply to the original thread.
The key difference between VendorMan’s and JudgeMan’s is predominately the amount and price of items; whereas with JudgeMan’s we pull out choice, select merchandise that is very rare and highly desirable and then auction it off to the highest bidder, VendorMan’s features sheer volume with tons of single chips and small bundles designed to be more affordable, as well as helping collectors target and fill gaps in their collections. For new collectors and experienced veterans alike, VendorMan’s is a great venue to grab sweet deals on Rockman merchandise.
VendorMan’s 2009 will be the fourth or fifth event we’ve done like this. From past experience, most of the items are typically gone within thirty minutes or less, so if you want to have a good chance at getting the best merchandise at the best prices, all I can say is sign up!
To subscribe, send an e-Mail to fmeshop@gmail.com with the subject “VendorMan’s 2009 Subscribe”. You can leave the body blank. We’ll add your name and e-mail address to the mailing list; then, when VendorMan’s rolls around you’ll be sent a link during which time the store will open, and you can start purchasing merchandise. VendorMan’s will only be open a very short period of time, starting at 7:00 PM CST on Friday, November 20th, and ending at 7:00 PM CST on Sunday, November 22nd. Make those purchases count!
